1. Who we are
LUXCHAT is operated by SEOTLUX, LLC ("LUXCHAT", "we", "us"), a software development and software publishing company registered in Delaware, United States (Delaware File Number: 10100395).
Contact: salah0001sidki@gmail.com — +1 (564) 212-4899.
2. Information we collect
Account data: when you create a workspace we collect your name, email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash), company name and the website URL you register.
Visitor data: when a visitor uses the LUXCHAT widget on your site, we collect the messages they send, the tags/topics they select, the page they are viewing, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device metadata, and a visitor session identifier.
Usage data: we collect standard technical logs such as IP address, request timestamps, pages requested and error reports needed to operate and secure the service.
3. How we use information
To provide the service: deliver the chat widget, store and display conversations in your operator inbox, route messages to the right website and workspace.
To secure accounts: authenticate users, prevent abuse, and protect workspaces from unauthorized access.
To improve the product: aggregate, non-identifying analytics about feature usage and reliability.
We do not sell visitor data, and we do not use your visitors' conversations to train machine-learning models.
4. Visitor data on your websites
If you embed the LUXCHAT widget, you are the controller of the visitor data collected through it and LUXCHAT acts as a processor on your behalf.
You are responsible for informing your own visitors about the data collected through the widget and for obtaining any consent required by the laws that apply to you.
Visitors who ask you to delete their data should contact you; you can delete conversations at any time from your dashboard, and workspace deletion removes all associated data.
5. Cookies and local storage
The LUXCHAT widget uses a small amount of local storage to remember a visitor's session between page views so conversations continue seamlessly. It does not use local storage for cross-site advertising or tracking.
Our dashboard uses local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as theme.
6. Data retention
Conversations, visitors and files are retained while your workspace is active. When you delete a website or your workspace, associated data is removed from our production systems.
Minimal security and billing records are retained as long as required by applicable law.
7. Sharing and sub-processors
We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service — hosting, database, and email delivery providers — each bound by confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation or valid legal process.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
Workspace owners can manage or delete their data from the dashboard or by contacting us at salah0001sidki@gmail.com.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), hashed credentials, scoped access tokens and row-level database security to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe you found a vulnerability, contact salah0001sidki@gmail.com.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
